There are several nonprofits I work with in the Des Moines metro that focus on creating inclusive and accessible leisure sporting activities. I have spoken with their directors multiple times and am familiar with their programs. For this reason, I am especially interested in completing the National Inclusion Project training. I believe this could be a great opportunity to learn something new and potentially introduce it to friends and colleagues if I find it valuable and impactful.
